Welcome to the Wilkinson County Circuit Clerk's Office. Our office provides court, election, voter-registration, marriage-license, jury, and public-record services to the citizens of Wilkinson County.

Civil & Criminal Court Records
Filing and maintaining lawsuits, indictments, motions, judgments, and other records associated with civil and criminal matters filed in Circuit Court.
Jury Service
Assisting with jury summons, juror qualification, jury selection records, and other administrative responsibilities involving Circuit Court juries.
Marriage Licenses
Issuing marriage licenses and maintaining marriage records filed with the Wilkinson County Circuit Clerk.
Voter Registration
Registering qualified voters, maintaining voter registration records, and assisting citizens with voter-registration questions and updates.
Elections
Performing election-related responsibilities assigned to the Circuit Clerk as County Registrar and assisting voters with election information.
Summons & Subpoenas
Issuing summonses, subpoenas, and other court process as authorized in matters filed with the Circuit Court.
Duties & Responsibilities
Clerk of the Circuit Court
The Circuit Clerk serves as Clerk of the Circuit Court and receives and maintains lawsuits, indictments, motions, and other documents filed in civil and criminal cases.
Court Process
The office issues court process, including summonses and subpoenas, and maintains records of judgments, proceedings, and other court actions as required.
Jury Administration
The Circuit Clerk assists with drawing, summoning, qualifying, and maintaining records relating to jurors serving in Circuit Court.
Marriage Records & Licenses
The office issues marriage licenses and maintains marriage records filed in Wilkinson County.
County Registrar
The Circuit Clerk also serves as County Registrar and performs duties involving voter registration and elections in accordance with Mississippi law.

The Circuit Clerk's Office serves as an important source of information for voter registration, absentee voting, election procedures, and other voter services in Wilkinson County.
